This page explains what Inspection Hotlist collects and what we do with it. It was last updated on November 4, 2026.
What we collect
When you start a trial, we keep the name, company, work email, city and neighborhoods you enter, along with anything you write in the notes. When you subscribe, Stripe handles the payment and tells us your name, email, city and subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use it to send your weekly list, to bill you and to answer your emails. We don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else handles it
A few companies run parts of the service for us. Netlify hosts this site and its sign-up form, Google Workspace carries our email and Stripe processes payments. Each one handles your information only to provide that service.
Emails to businesses
We sometimes email pest control companies at the addresses they publish on their own websites. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" and we won't write again.
Restaurant records
The lists themselves come from public government inspection records about businesses.
Deleting your information
Email hello@inspectionhotlist.com and we'll delete your information, except for billing records we're required to keep.
