Inspection Hotlist

Terms

These terms cover the Inspection Hotlist weekly list. They were last updated on November 4, 2026.

What you get

Each Monday we email you the restaurants and other food businesses in your city that inspectors cited for pests the week before, as a spreadsheet and a web page. The list is compiled from public government inspection records.

Accuracy

We copy the records as the agencies publish them, and agencies sometimes post late or correct and remove records. We don't guarantee that the list is complete or free of errors. Inspection Hotlist is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

How you can use it

The list is for your own company's sales and service work. Please don't resell it, republish it or share it outside your company.

Free trial

The free trial lasts two weeks and doesn't need a card. When it ends, the list stops unless you subscribe.

Price and billing

Each city has its own monthly price, shown on its page, which depends on how many citations that city usually has. You're charged in advance each month through Stripe, and sales tax is added where the law requires it. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time with the manage-subscription link in your Monday email, or by replying to any email from us. Your list keeps coming until the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months.

Liability

The list is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
