- Its name, its address and the restaurant's phone number.
- The citation
- The date and whether it was ordered closed or failed the inspection. These records don't say which pest.
- Its history
- How many earlier pest citations it has since July 1. A repeat problem usually means the current provider isn't working.
- The order
- Closures come first, then failed inspections and repeat problems, so you call the restaurants that need help most.
